Diane Spicher and her family provided a welcome and welcoming home away from home (and a terrific wife) to a wandering Californian in the 70s. My family and I are most grateful.

To Valerie and Dawn, please know I send sympathy to you in the loss of your mom.I spent some happy hours in your busy little house, first when I would walk across the road in Joetown as a little girl visiting my grandparents, and then as a teen friend of Val.Your mom was always welcoming, and I admired the skills she employed to take care of all of you!I know you will miss her so much.
