2/9/2014 Kay:Although we did not have the privilege to know your husband we still want to let you know how much we (Daughter and son-in-law of Orlin Daniel Reschly) appreciated your professional assistance to Dad in the final years of his earthly life.He would frequently speak of you and he at times got mixed up whether you were scheduled to come or not.I began to write down and try to keep up with when you were coming to his home to help him with scheduling. He so much looked forward to your home health aide visits although at times he didn't think there was much for you to do.We didn't agree. He mentioned how fast you could get things done.He was amazed! His death totally caught us by surprise and has been especially difficult for me (Rachael Roth) to deal with.Blessings to you in your time of mourning for your husband. We know the God we serve has sent the Holy Spirit to grant to you peace and comfort. Dear Kay and family, I am very sorry to hear of Bob's passing to glory for you will surely miss him. But we "do not grieve as those who have no hope". but acknowledge that Bob is with the Lord and we shall go to join him one day. For now you will miss him and there will be sadness because he's no longer there, physically, beside you. In such sadness may the Lord be your comfort and stay. Jesus left us these words, 1 "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:1-3 (NKJV)

Kay and Family I Remember when Bob was pastor in Topeka KS. He would come to Rossville to the Grain Elevator and visit and we would go out and have lunch. He will be missed Jean & I joined the church while he was here and he married both Tracey and Teresa. God will give the strength you need at this time. It was good to see you both at the 125 Anniversary of Topeka Church.
