Elsie was an inspiration to me as well as so many others. Her infectious giggle, smiling eyes, outward interest in the lives of those she loved! I benefitted from her delicious meals while she served in the capacity of a cook at the Cloverdale Grade School near Nashwauk, MN. I never wanted her to see if I had not finished me entire meal@ I remember her expressed desire to ride a hot air balloon at age 90 and regret that did not happen for her I treasure the memories of dear Elsie!! I have been blessed! Even when talking to her a few weeks ago, she was positive in her conversations and expressed the gratitude of family and friends in her life.. Love you Elsie...
