Kenneth Miller

Ken Miller passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on May 19, 2020 at the age of 62 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. A private celebration of life is being planned for a future time.

He was born on September 17, 1957, the son of Albert C. and Mary V. Miller. On September 17, 1977 he married Cheryl McDowell in Eagle Grove, IA. They made their home in Goldfield, IA. He worked at Twin County Dairy as a cheesemaker and then the plant manager for many years. He also worked for Adams Vending until he purchased his own vending route. Ken’s Vending served the area for many years when he sold it, they started Cheryl’s Fresh Salsa. Ken loved life and showed it in everything he did. He loved his family, especially his kids and grandkids. He loved his houseboat and loved helping everyone he met. He always had a smile on his face and never met anyone he didn’t like.

Cheryl,Denny and I are so very sorry to hear of Ken's passing. What a wonderfully fun person he was. There's no doubt we're all lesser people in his absence. May you find comfort in knowing that his last breath on earth was his first in heaven.
