Marie Redlinger

Marie E. (Bombei) Redlinger, 99, of Washington, died Friday, March 27, 2020 at the Washington County Hospital. She has been cremated and the cremains will be buried at the St. Peter & Paul Cemetery in rural Keota at a later date. Marie E. Redlinger was born January 18, 1921 in Talleyrand, Iowa, the daughter of Henry and Theresa (Ott) Bombei. She was united in marriage to Daryl Redlinger on August 17, 1946. Marie enjoyed dancing and playing cards. Survivors include two daughters: Diane Allison and Kay Redlinger, both of Washington, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mary Lou Walker of rural Washington County. Preceding Marie in death was her husband, three sons: Dean, Phil and Randy Redlinger, four brothers: Raymond, Richard, Howard and Herbert Bombei, one sister Philemona Sheetz and two infant siblings.
