Rickey Shaw, 51 of Washington, died Friday, November 18, 2016 at the Washington County Hospital following an accident.
Funeral Services have been set for 10:30 AM Monday, November 28, 2016 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with Pastor Darryl Carr officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-5:00 PM Sunday at the Beatty Funeral Home. A general memorial has been established.
Rickey was born December 5, 1964 in Ripley, TN the son of Johnny and Dorothy (Moorer) Shaw. He was united in marriage to Bianca Kirkey in Washington on January 23, 2006. He was educated in Chicago and was currently employed with Mark's Sanitation in Washington.
Survivors include his parents, wife Bianca of Washington; children, Dorothy Perkins of Gary, IN, Austin Kirkey and Christian Argueta of Washington; one granddaughter; siblings, Patricia Shaw, Ernest Shaw, Johnny Shaw Jr., Willie Pearson, Calvin Pearson, Patricia Pearson, Anita Pearson, Lisa Pearson and Anthony Pearson; aunts Joyce, Jackie, Ethel and Shiela and uncle James.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.
