Lewis Family, I have such fond memories of good times with the Lewis girls riding the bus. Your Mom was a very special lady. Thoughts & prayers of comfort during this sad time.

What joy I had in fellowshipping with Verla through the years at Calvary Baptist Church in Parkersburg. She and Richard opened up their home for the Good News Club meetings at their home each week. About 30 kids would come with boots, bags, backpacks, coats gloves AND SNOW ,for the afterschool club.Dining room snacks, then down the basement ready for the music and Flannalgraft Bible Story. Both her heart and her smile was so BIG. She taught me many good things while just watching her......Heaven and Home for Eternity. Amen. My sympathy to each one of you.....

Verla was such an inspiration to me....always positive, always happy, always letting the love of Christ shine through. She had such a sweet disposition. It was a joy to work with her at Good News Club back in Parkersburg. Praying God's peace be with you.
