Alma Bontrager

Graveside services: Wednesday, June 3 11:00AM at Fairview Cemetery, rural Kalona. Friends will gather for visitation at 10:30 AM at the Fairview Cemetery. Minister: Pastor Tim Detweiler of the Washington Mennonite Church Alma E. Bontrager was born in Elkhart, Indiana, the daughter of Emanuel and Mattie Miller Bontrager. Alma was a caregiver during her working years. She enjoyed many activities: singing, working with her hands, sewing, quilting, coloring pictures. Alma was a member of the Washington Mennonite Church. Alma is survived by her son James Frantz of Winter Haven, Fl. and a brother, Amzy Bontrager of San Diego, CA.and a number of extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents and a number of half brothers and sisters and step brothers and sisters.
