Charles "Chip" Doughty, 61 died Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Pearl Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Washington.
His body has been cremated and private family services will be held later. Beatty Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Charles was born April 13, 1955 in Abington, PA the son of Harry M. And Nancy (Gulden) Doughty.
Survivors include brothers Alan Doughty and wife Patricia of Burlington, IA and H. Mathew Doughty of Shawnee, KS.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Michael.
