Judy Ann White

Judy White, 73, of Wellman, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at her home in Wellman following a battle with cancer. She has been cremated, and no services will be held at this time. The Beatty Peterseim Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Judy Ann White was born November 25, 1951, in Sweetwater, Texas, the daughter of Raphel and Oleta (Ford) Carlson. She graduated from Sweetwater High School and joined the United States Air Force. She served her country for four years and then worked as a bakery manager in Texas. She was united in marriage to Charles Wagnor, the couple later divorced, and she married Edwin White. Judy enjoyed quilting, crocheting, baking and making arts and crafts.

Survivors include two sons: Scott (Crystal) Wagnor of Wanatah, Indiana, Steven (Alisha) Wagnor of Wellman, Iowa, six grandchildren: Alixe, Braxton, Marley, Arya, Jamison and Carl, one sister Barbara Kay of Dallas, Texas, and her cousin Jeanette of Texas.

Preceding Judy in death were her parents, her husband’s Charles Wagnor and Edwin White, four siblings, and her granddaughter Angel Wagnor.
