Keagan James Lemon graced our lives for such a short time, but the joy we experienced while he was with us will last forever.
Born September 23, 2017, the son of David Lemon and Emily K Witt, Cosgrove, Iowa, baby Keagan went to be with Jesus on January 28, 2018, age 4 months and 5 days. He passed away in his sleep at home. Thankfully, Keagan was able to give life to others through organ donation.
To Keagan James, “Your life was a smile, a tender-soft smile, alive with the Joy of your Jesus. It mirrored the love that you carried inside. A love only Jesus could give.”
Taken from a song written for Great Uncle Seth Wenger, by Myrna Joy Wenger, 1979.
Visitation will take place at Peterseim Beatty Funeral Home, Kalona on Thursday, February 1, 2018, between 5:00-7:00 p.m., with family and friends present.
