Paul Rembold

A celebration of life for Paul O. Rembold, 83, of Wayland, formerly of Washington, will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness in Washington with the family receiving friends 2 hours prior to the service. Memorials may be designated to Hospice of Washington County.
Paul O. Rembold died Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the Parkview Home in Wayland. Beatty-Peterseim Funeral Home is assisting with the arrangements.
Paul O. Rembold was born June 10, 1932 in Strawberry Point, Iowa the son of E.W. “Cap” and Hazel (Carpenter) Rembold. He attended Cosgrove High School and worked construction.
On November 17, 1962 he was united in marriage to Shirley Conklin in Kahoka, MO.
Survivors include four children: Debra Stauffer of St. Louis, MO, Linda (Jack) Matthews of Ballwin, MO, Craig "Weiner" (Dana) Rembold of Washington, IA, Sarah (Kenny) Berndt of Wayland, IA, brother William (Marie) Rembold of Modesto, CA and Chris (Doris) Rembold of Louisburg, KS; four grandchildren, three great-granddaughters,
Preceding Paul in death were his parents, his wife Shirley on July 21, 2014, brothers Arthur and Herbert, sisters Doris and Jettie.
