Phyllis Jean Warren, 67 of Washington, died, Friday, December 30, 2011 at her home following a lengthy illness.
No Funeral Services are planned. Beatty Funeral Home in assisting with arrangements. Her body has been cremated and will be interred at a later date in the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.
Phyllis was born July 31, 1944 in Washington, Iowa the daughter of Glen L. and Bettie Ann (Fleshman) Dunkin. She graduated from Unionville High School in Unionville, MO and was united in marriage to Richard Dean Warren in Lucerne, MO.
Phyllis was employed with Oral B in Iowa City for thirty-three years.
Survivors include her sister Barbara Nelson of Washington and a brother Harold Wayne (Dorothy) Dunkin of Unionville, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Ricky Dean and daughter Sandra Lee.
