Timothy “Timmy” Daniel Fluharty, Jr. 18 of Brighton, Iowa died Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Jefferson Co. Health Center in Fairfield.
Timmy was born May 18, 1998 in Iowa City, Iowa the son of Timothy Fluharty and Ruth Ann Gomes.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with family and friends.
Funeral Services have been set for 11:00am Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington with Pastor Rick Zickefoose officiating. Family visitation will be from 3-7:00 PM Friday at the Funeral Home. A general memorial in the name of Timothy Fluharty Jr. has been established.
Survivors include his mother Ruth Ann Gomes and husband Billy Hyde of Brighton and father Timothy Fluharty and wife Andrea; siblings Taylor Fluharty of Keota, Danielle Fluharty of Rome, Trayton Paisley of Riverside and Caleb McDowell of Rome; grandparents, Daniel Gomes of Canton, IL, Barb Koch of Wayland, Tom and Kathy Fluharty of Brighton and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Kenneth Koch, grandparents Patricia and Richard Hyde and uncle Dan Christensen.
